Natural Vetch Enterprise is an exciting new farming company that meets an insatiate need for quality fresh meat and fresh milk from goat and sheep. This company also produces Guinea Grass in terms of vetch for the goat and sheep’s foods. From that we get the name of this company Natural Vetch Enterprise. We also produce an organic fertilizer for other materials This Company business is organized as a sole proprietorship. The location of our main office is in Seremban 2 and our permanent location for farming is nearest to small part in Jelai at Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. This is a private land property extensive around 1 acre. Gemas is an ideal place to livestock the goat and sheep. The firm is currently maintains a staff of six professional and administrative staff. NVE are to develop a product-based company whose goal is to exceed customer's expectations, increase production efficiency by 10% a year, and lastly, and develop a sustainable farm business, able to survive off their cash flow. Our objective is to start this business because there is high demand for goat and sheep fresh meat in Malaysia. We exist to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall in to place. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers. This is also a suggestion from the government in their ways to increase an economic level in farming business. We also choose to make others business like selling a fresh milk and organic fertilizer by the goat and sheep. We will distributor of goat and sheep for restaurants and individual consumers. This business plan is prepared by Natural Vetch Enterprise for the purpose of obtain working capital loan from Maybank for the amount RM200, 000. This is amount will be cover all the activities that we plan for this business including all the facilities and additional materials. In five years from now, NVE will become the most successful Malay’s company in all over the Asia including the Europe. In addition, we will be the best supply in fresh meat and milk. NVE has two competitive edges that will help them maintain strong growth rates, increasing their market penetration. The first edge is quality. NVE's second competitive edge is their flexibility. The entire farm has been set up to allow them to change crops or scale existing crops to meet demand
